Ordinance Development
- Assist in the preparation of your State-required backflow ordinance

Backflow Assembly Tracking
- Generate and send annual assembly test requirement notifications
- Perform quality assurance checks on 100% of tester reports
- Quality control to make certain all testers are properly licensed and are in adherence with State and local regulations
Customer Service
- Notify all customers of cross-connection control program and commence with public education program
- Work with water customers to assist them with compliance requirements
- Comprehensive and ongoing data management
- Work with testers to correct test deficiencies
- Representation with all State and Federal regulatory agencies
- Assist municipality with enforcement, as well as any and all backflow-related queries
